My Story

Tatyana with her daughter, Norah,
at She-Is-Beautiful 5K in Santa Cruz, CA.
I am a Personal Development coach, facilitator, and cross-disciplinary professional leader with over 15+ years of experience working with individuals across fields such as Tech, Financial Services, and the Arts. Coaching is a vehicle for personal growth with a positive impact that ripples into all life's dimensions - business, family, community, etc. I support my clients in building a new self-awareness and the capacity to lead through uncertainty to have the impact they want.

My path, like many of us, is full of paradoxes. I grew up in Ukraine, immigrating to the United States in my earlier teens, which gave me a healthy dose of imposter syndrome and an appreciation for how multi-dimensional the world is. I worked my way through college with the help of scholarships and grants, which gave me an appreciation for self-reliance and the value of receiving support. I experienced the power of coaching on my performance at the start of my 14+ year career at Google, which also taught me how quickly the initial impact fades if my default habits don't serve me. I am most energized by urban spaces, having called several cities worldwide my home - San Francisco, New York, Kharkiv, Singapore, and Dublin but now enjoy the strong sense of community in my suburban Bay Area neighborhood. I stay mentally active, often reading three books simultaneously, yet I know firsthand the value of meditation and stillness. I enjoy making a mess in the kitchen as much as organizing my closet.
